Jason assessing a client's hip rotation during a session at IMS

Home / Coaching

One coach. Every session.

No handoffs, no rotating staff, no trainer meeting you for the first time with a clipboard. Jason writes every program and runs every session personally.

What a session looks like

Sixty minutes, in a consistent shape.

The structure stays the same so progress is legible week to week. What changes inside it is driven by your assessment.

01OPEN

Joint preparation

Controlled rotations through the joints the day's work depends on. Also a daily read on how you're actually moving — a shoulder that feels different today changes what follows.

02BUILD

Strength work

The main block. Compound patterns, coached rep by rep, loaded through ranges you control. Selection reflects what your assessment says you need, not what the room happens to have free.

03CLOSE

Targeted finishing

Accessory work aimed at the specific limitation we're chasing this block, then a deliberate down-regulation before you go back to your day.

Who this is for

Adults who want a reason behind every session.

Clients here run from their twenties into their seventies. What they have in common is wanting the plan explained, not just handed over.

Desk-bound professionals

Hips and thoracic spine that have spent a decade in a chair, and a body that protests when weekend activity spikes.

Former athletes

The training that worked at twenty-five stopped working. Usually a programming problem, not a discipline problem.

Active parents

Limited time, non-negotiable need to stay capable. Two purposeful sessions beat five improvised ones.

People training around something

An old injury that flares predictably. We build control where it's been lost — and say so plainly if a licensed provider should see it first.

The free Movement Assessment gives you a clear read on how your joints are moving right now and what a program would actually address. You leave with that either way.
