Practitioners here operate entirely independently — own business, own clients, own scheduling, own rates. IMS is your landlord, not your employer or your booking agent.
Established location
Scripps Ranch, Suite D, with parking directly outside and consistent weekday and Saturday foot traffic through the facility.
Equipped rooms
A Pilates studio with reformer, chair, and wall unit, plus a private treatment room suitable for massage or bodywork.

Two spaces, currently.
- Pilates studio — reformer, combo chair, wall unit, mirror, mat space
- Treatment room — private, quiet, suited to massage or manual therapy
- Access to the shared lounge and restrooms for your clients
- Flexible scheduling — regular weekly blocks or full-time
