What we collect through this website, why, who processes it, and how to have it removed.

This policy covers imsmethod.com, operated by Innovative Movement Solutions ("IMS", "we", "us"), 10625 Scripps Ranch Blvd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92131.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, the practitioner space enquiry form, or ask us to email your movement self-check results, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message content you enter. The self-check form also transmits which of the six checks you marked as clear, partial, or restricted.
Chat assistant conversations. Messages you send to the assistant on this site are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. Do not enter medical information, health history, or anything else sensitive into the chat window. The assistant is not a medical service and is not a confidential channel.
Booking information. Appointments are scheduled through Vagaro. Anything you enter into the booking calendar is collected and stored by Vagaro under Vagaro's own privacy policy, not this one.
Technical information. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and reliability purposes.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. We do not ask for or want health records, diagnoses, insurance details, or payment card numbers through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to schedule an appointment
- To send you the movement self-check results and morning joint routine you requested
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Who processes your information
We use the following service providers, each of which processes some information on our behalf and under their own terms:

Loading fonts from Google transmits your IP address to Google. If you would prefer this not happen, most browsers allow you to block third-party requests.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained in our business email account for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights in California
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, which may include the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request its deletion, to request correction of inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
