The movement self-check
The self-check on this site is a general movement screen you perform on yourself, unsupervised. It is not an assessment, a diagnosis, or a clinical test, and its results carry no medical meaning. A result described as "restricted" indicates only that you reported not achieving a described position on that occasion. Do not use it to conclude anything about your health, and do not use it in place of seeing a licensed healthcare provider. Perform it at your own risk and stop if anything hurts.
The chat assistant
The assistant on this site is an automated tool. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, it does not create any professional relationship, and it must not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions. Do not enter sensitive personal or health information into it.
Independent practitioners
The IMS facility houses independent practitioners — including Pilates instructors, massage therapists, and chiropractors — who operate their own separate businesses from this location. These practitioners are not employees, agents, partners, or contractors of IMS. IMS does not provide, supervise, direct, schedule, price, or control their services, does not receive payment for them, and makes no representation or warranty regarding them. Any services you obtain from an independent practitioner are provided under a contract solely between you and that practitioner. IMS is not responsible or liable for those services.

We try to keep pricing, hours, and service descriptions current, but the site may contain errors or become out of date. Prices and availability are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking. Client comments reproduced on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of any particular result.
